Up for sale is a very nice quality antique silverplate Unbranded samovar dispenser.
It's made with exquisite detailing throughout
It has a  hand carved ox bone spigot handle with one missing handle. It also has dent on side of spigot. Price is lowered because of these issues. Still a gorgeous piece that is functional. See Pictures!             Dual ornate handles attached to each side.
