    These butterflies with 80F surcharges are some of the rarest modern topical stamps.  I recently had the opportunity to purchase two sets of these butterflies, and this is the nicer of the two.  Please note that the full 1989 overprint set would also include the three 20F flower overprints (Scott 654A-654C), which are not listed for sale here.
