This listing is for one collectible Ashton-Drake Galleries, Gene Doll, Savannah, created by artist, Mel Odom with costume designed by Katie McHale, winner of the Ashton-Drake Young Designers of America Student Competition.  Limited edition number 1968 and copyright 1995.

15 1/2 inches tall, vinyl, jointed doll with rooted, dark brown hair, styled in banana curls with 2 pastel yellow, ribbon rosebuds on the right side.  See photo.  Gene doll has blue eyes with tiny eyelashes.
Katie McHale's formal dress for Gene as Savannah is sage green colored with tan colored skirt.  Ribbons and 6 tiny pastel yellow, ribbon rosebuds decorate the front of the dress.  A light green ribbon bow at the waist.  The top of the dress is an off the shoulder style with an white organza ruffle decorated with pink rose bud ribbon trim.
Accessories include faux pearl earrings, hosiery and light green colored, lace up, high heeled sandals.  See photo.
The original box and cardboard cover box are in like new condition and included.  See photo.
Certificate of authenticity, wrist tag, Gene, "Share the Dream" pamphlet and the black plastic with gold colored letters, Gene doll stand will all be in the box.
Like new condition on the doll.  Outfit is not torn or stained.
Not a child's toy.  Adult collectible doll with small parts, choking hazard.
Clean and the doll was displayed in a smoke free home.
