The
Durrani Empire
was
Afghanistan
during the dynasty founded by
Ahmed Sah Abdali
between 1747-1823.
This empire annexed Pakistan, the East of Persia and the West of India. But after 1818 by some dynastic wars, it was fragmented.
It was succeeded by the
Barakzai dynasty (common name for the Pashtuns
) until the end of the monarchy in 1973.
