This antique teapot is
decorative.
I purchased this at an antique
shop about 24 years ago. I've
never put water in it, I don't
know
if it would hold. I did not
silver clean
this teapot then,
and I would not do it now. The
patina is what gives it the character
that you see here. I have tried
researching this many times,
and this all that I have found.
It dates back to the 1800's.
1840 to 1870.
Weighs 1 pound 12.6 ounces.
GOOD ANTIQUE CONDITION.
Super clean.
Original patina.
Bottom is hallmarked. Expected
wear due to age. A few dings here
and there. Magnify and review photos.
Notable scratched area (1st photo).
A cluster of 4 dings on that side.
1 notable ding on opposite side
near Black mark.
Soldered areas
at bottom of exterior spout
(as seen in PICs).
Ships FAST within 1 business day.
Payment due within 3 days.
